Instacart a publix sub but pretty sure the guy got me the wrong one. Still taste good though haha and i got credit for the sub.
Ate the rest of the cookies my wife made also and thats about it.

The fruit the guy got me was pretty not ripe yet so not eating it yet. Asked for bananas with a little grean, but its a little green everywhere lol.

Arghhh just cheated on my fasting and ate so much just now around 9pm.

Wife made me go grocery shopping with her and the publix still had fried chicken and mac n cheese already in a cup ready to go.
Ate 2 fried chicken breast and like over half a pound of mac n cheese and then ate ice cream lol.

Maybe i should fast all day tomorrow lol

Walked 8 miles today, then raked some leaves. Gonna eat at Noodles & Co. tonight. They have good salads. Gonna also get some mac and cheese, and a rice crispy treat.

Sounds good. Still have only had bone broth and just zero calorie fluids for the day. Trying to make up for last night and get back on track...
Sippin on this bone since its so freakin hot. Gonna end up drinking the whole 32oz container probably.

I definitely didnt do anything strenuous. Still walked my son to the park twice and played with him okay. Also slept pretty early around 10pm compared to usual 11 or 12.
Definitely wouldnt try to do it again. Wasnt tooo too hungry. Wokeup not feeling more hungry than after regular fast.
Weight was back around the 267 area compared to 270

Fasting has a host of health benefits that go far beyond weight loss. Think of it this way, 3 meals a day is a recent phenomena. Throughout history, people did not have access to an abundance of food like most of us do nowadays.

Intermittent Fasting's the best thing that ever happened for me. I feel more awake, more energy without breakfast slowing me down, and even more productive than I did before.

Hugh Jackman and Andrew Tate are onto something.

Thanks! Yeah im not too frustated like i would have been before.
I have no strict deadline for my overall weight loss so im just gonna do the best i can until i get to 190lb or 200lbs. Holidays and vacations dont happen too often so i will enjoy them when i want while i can.

We aren't going to some sort of weigh in fight or something i think so being a little loose for holidays is okay. I'm still learning what i can get a way with as far as cheating or going overboard.

Friday after thanksgiving i had Cicis pizza buffet lol. Saturday we went to fogo de chao a Brazilian bbq buffet. We also ordered this wagyu ribeye to share for celebration. And Sunday we ate at a AYCE hot bot/kbbq spot.

Just curious, have you tried extended fasting or are even interested in it at all?

Been reading a lot lately about the benefits of autophagy, so I tried water-only fasting last month. I lasted two days, but I'm pretty sure I couldve gone much longer. Just kinda got bored and weirded out by not eating, Lol.

My best results came from cutting out sugar and alcohol. Sugar is roughly as addictive as nicotine, so that was tough, but I was able to go from 230 to 140. You might get a smart watch with a fitness tracker. Those make me want to exercise more to beat my goals and get the trophies.

After about an hour, I started to feel faint, and after a minute, I was on my ass and some medics were helping me up. Long story short, I sat for about half an hour, and went home. Told my doctors about it, and now I need to go in for an echocardiogram and some blood work.

I've made it 20+ hours but not really interested on the extensive fast as far as the benefits. I mostly use the IF for the eating schedule and compressing my meals so i can have a more satisying meal compared to the traditional 3-5 meals a day.

I don't know if i believe in the other benefits of IF or extended fasting since the science.

I have a pacemaker, and a bad valve that will eventually need surgery. The pacer wasnt malfunctioning, nor was I in arrhythmia. Im going in tomorrow for an echocardiogram to look at the valve.
