Christopher brings food with him when he visits his friends. As he grows older, he visits less times and he stops visiting when he starts high school.
No more food makes the forest animals starve, and Pooh and Piglet turns into savages in order to survive.
So no dressup.

Oddly enough, my big gripe seems to be that they don't seem to be doing anything to make it a Winnie the Pooh horror movie as opposed to a paint-by-numbers horror movie where the main villain happens to be Winnie the Pooh. It just looks unremarkable.
