Weve gotten so many different interpretations of the Joker but yet Harley seems to be the literal same take in every single instance of her character. Maybe Im wrong but I definitely dont care for her. --- Like 90% of CE topics are the same way lol. s0nicfan 08/25/22 4:10:05 PM #3:	Ehh... she's evolved a lot as a character since her original inception in the animated TV show, but if it's her voice and personality you hate, the fact that she's broken free from being Joker's lacky isn't going to change much for you. The closest thing to a "grounded" Harley you might like is her run in Gotham City Sirens where it was mostly her, Ivy, and Catwoman. It also touches on the trauma of realizing the Joker was just using her and lacks a lot of the wacky "I'm totally not deadpool combined with Jinx from LoL" stuff of more modern interpretations. Like oh she just killed a baby, that just Harley LOL LOL and she is able to beat people because of a gymnastics . Dick train top of his gymnast background. So many great women in comics, that they could use. WW, Black Canary, Vixen, Supergirl. I was an adult when I watched it for the first time and thought she was one of the show's more interesting characters. I think the Animated Series is a big reason for her popularity though.
