Well I guess that sorta makes sense that a reality bender + time bender can reverse a death.
How does Hope play into this? She can mimic their powers but her resurrection stuff was phoenix based.

This type of "resurrection" really isn't. It isn't you they are bringing back---they just create a clone. I wondered about that when I read some X-Men recently because bringing people back from the dead was a thing, but they didn't describe the process.

Its part of the reason why the comic industry is basically dead.

On a meta level, isn't this basically because Disney got the movie rights to the X-Men back and so wanted all the familiar characters back in the comics again to hype the MCU? Like an inverse of when the comics spent years trying to push The Inhumans rather than the mutants because they didn't have the movie rights to the X-Men?
