They literally had a whole story on her on the national news last night. They were talking about a prisoner transfer with her and some arms dealer we have locked up.

I don't think people realize that her best possible chance of getting out of Russia is for people to shut the fuck up about it. The more high profile she becomes, the bigger a bargaining chip she becomes and the harder it will be to actually negotiate her release.

From the reports, she was arrested back in early February, before they had even invaded Ukraine.

But I kind of agree with you. It's been all over the news in the last few weeks, but she's been in custody for months now. Shit must suck.

no they didnt. they removed most of the punishment for it. To the point it was only a fine. They didnt remove it from from drug testing all together until recently

These people using this to try to steal more money from the NBA. The WNBA needs to shut down.

The real fucked up part is that with the amount she was found with, according to Russian law is only worthy of a fine. Shes being used as a political chess piece to get some Russians locked up back home. Which I dont think should be released or traded for.
