Gee, I wonder why VD thought this show would suck before ever watching it. Can't possibly imagine what would've biased him against it before it even aired.

I think it's better than the abomination that was Moon Knight so far.

I mean, on the one hand you aren't wrong, but on the other it's just like the second episode and she barely knows how to use her powers.

She doesn't even have her suit or a villain yet.

Personally, I really don't like the fx they decided to go with on her powers right now.

But aside from that, I'm interested enough to keep watching.

I think it just depends on what you're looking for in a Marvel show, because I think the show is really good so far.

Seems just fine for adults though. I also think it will end up better than Obi-Wan, which while I like it, seems kinda generic.

But I am starting to get a little annoyed with the Disney+ shows, as they are simply really long movies split up. They really don't compare to modern tv shows with the large casts, multiple plots, complex themes, etc. Like I am watching The Boys and Stranger Things at the same time, and there is just no comparison.

You're comparing one season shows to multi-season arcs.

I get that, but even if you watch only the first season of Stranger Things, which is pretty self contained, there is still a big difference.

I like the shows, but they really are just longer movies. I wish they would use the format better.

Oh, one thing I thought of before. Marvel had the perfect chance to make a complex TV ahow with The Eternals.

The movie was simultaneously too long and too short. Overstuffed and underdeveloped. It would have been much better being twice as long but split into 6 parts. They could have delved into stories for each character.

On the other hand, Falcon & Winter Soldier could have easily been pared down to a 2 to 2.5 hour movie.

I still haven't watched Eternals but I agree. That is definitely a concept that should have a show or multiple shows

Definitely agree on Eternals. It really feels like it should've been a D+ show.

I felt that people who hated it was just over blowing it. But damn this is horrible. I have watched 10 mins of the first episode and I truly dislike everyone in the Khan
family. I had to turn it off, and I kept with Moon Knight and I hated Steven. But this is just a new level of I dislike these characters.
