You want to live that short of a life?

If I was younger I would potentially choose the first option since I would be cutting out more years of having to work. Currently I'm 31 and I expect to be able to retire around 50 if everything goes to plan. So the first option would save me 19 years of work but I'd lose 18 years of life. That trade doesn't seem worth it. Now if I was 18 and I was cutting out 32 years of work in exchange for 18 years of life that might be worth it. Still would lean towards the latter though.

If I had 10 million dollars I could be fully transitioned in like a year. The way things are going now Ill probably have to choose if I want a house or a vagina more. Dont get me wrong, my life is great and Im a really happy person, but unlimited money would shorten the path to my goals by so much and I could help so many others too.

Being old and on fixed income with nothing to do but choose between food and entertainment sounds cool

I want to die penniless. Meaning Ive spent all my money on fun.

Money can solve a lot of things, but I've learned to be rather happy / content with my lot in life and I personally feel that abundant wealth would bring more trouble than it's worth for me.

I've had a lot of elderly customers tell me, "Don't get old. It sucks getting old." because of all the health problems and complications that happen and you have to deal with.

i know plenty of people who lived rich fulfilling lives well into their 70s

plus modern medicine is only improving

In you 60's is when everything goes to shit anyway.

You get to live your best life during your prime years vs living a meh life ending in shitty physical issues.

Its more like I would proportionately get way more out of life for me and my loved ones if rich but dying prematurely.

Id be able to provide trips. Pay off debt. Have fun not stressing about bills.

Thats well worth 18 years of my life.

rich ppl dont have 2 work 2 hard so id rather not have 2 worry about getting 2 old n enjoy life while it lasts

u can spend time w ur loved ones in ur 40s and 50s if ur so rich u dont need 2 work n can donate 25 percent of ur income 2 charity 4 ur rich person duty

n if ur the ceo u can pay ppl to run shit 4 u while u play golf in hawaii with ur supermodel wife n other billionaires

this poll would be a harder choice if it was 58 vs 85 bc thats a much bigger difference in time u have

I really think just staying active is so huge. He does like 16 hour round trip hikes and shit like that and he's always gone to the gym and rode his bike absurd distances.

Also hes like 6'3" 220
