So Dairy Queen recently replaced all of their old burgers with new "stack burgers". The patties are completely different...and possibly the worst fast food sandwich in existence. It's worse than those TV dinner cheeseburgers, and for whatever reason, they cost more than the old burgers too. Like what the hell? The last blizzard I hate there tasted off.

Is it just me? I've seen people on Reddit say they taste good, while others have pointed out they wouldn't have switched if testing showed a lot of people hated them.

I had the Loaded A1 Stackburger last night actually. As I was eating it, I do recall looking at the beef patties and thinking "these look worse than usual," and that wasn't exactly a high bar to start with. Also the combination of A1 and peppercorn sauce was overpowering, I can't pass full judgement on the meat because I could hardly taste it through the pungent sauce blend. Overall, it wasn't great, but seemed still above McDonald's/BK. I'll probably need to try another one to confirm, but I'll stick to the regular bacon cheese next time.

Imo, their food has always been shit.
Their desserts are the only good thing about them.
