The "God Eater" series of games lets you "Program the bullets". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/God_Eater I literally made bullets that healed my allies in a giant radius with twirling Heal Beams. Payday 2 has some heinous shit like that where enemies doing the climb through window animation can shoot you despite not even aiming at you.
