I had fun with Cyberpunk 2077, but you can't ignore the absolute clusterfuck surrounding the company and the game's development/launch. The director is the guy responsible for allocating assets and timetables. If he was the director of their best game, then it stands to reason he should be the guy to be able to create and develop an award-winning feature.
