Sterilize it without cooking it, somehow (gamma radiation perhaps)? You'll be fine. I suppose theoretically, assuming the bacteria in question aren't some immune-evading superbug, you could probably train your immune system by exposing it to quantities that aren't significant enough to cause a serious illness (this would essentially just be an extremely low-tech form of vaccination, really). Of course, this relies on the assumption that the next piece of raw meat you eat won't have some entirely different pathogen your immune system hasn't encountered yet. If we didn't cook our food, then the most likely problem we would face is parasites which, unsurprisingly, are very common in most carnivore species.
