At that pay rate sure. Assuming the the coworker isn't fucking me over all the time anyways. And serious stuff not just "He's annoying" or "I have to correct a trivial mistake occasionally" And of course assuming this company is actually decent and isn't just doing this to make sure they don't spend any extra on raises so the CEO can get his second money bin to swim in.

I don't need 100$ an hour to be very comfortable.

At my current rate which isn't even 20% of 100/hour? Lol nope.

This isn't really an academic question in my state. We passed the $15 minimum wage bill. Then inflation went up. I got a pay cut in real wages, the poor got a pay increase. (I do not make anywhere close to $100/hour, or even $70.)

I changed my mind about the $15 minimum bill when I noticed some other groups getting large pay raises as well, though nowhere near as large in percentage terms. It occurred to me that under our system of capitalism where both the free market and government actions have a role, we can act on the extremes more than once, correcting an initial measure that overreaches. The ability to correct mistakes is what gives us the ability to take risks with larger financial changes than would be safe under either a more laissez-faire or more state-interventionist capitalism.

Your question of course assumes a more state-interventionist approach, which I think is very risky. So in method I would have to answer no. But in dollars and cents it wouldn't bother me at all. What goes around comes around, and I'll get mine eventually.

I was the restaurant manager of a sizzler, and repeatedly attempted to get my cooks a raise when minimum wage went up because some of them were now making the same as the servers, and was repeatedly told no. At the start of 2021 I was given a raise without being told it was going to happen.

I went to corporate and asked them why they had money to give me a raise but no money to give my cooks a raise, and they said they had to keep the most important part of their restaurants happy. In a time when we couldnt get any cook positions filled even though we were in DESPERATE need (as most restaurants are/were). I then asked if I could have the raise I was given removed, and the money given to my cooks instead. I was told no.

I put in my two weeks right then and there.

Yes. Yes I would if I made a lot more money than everyone else. I dont really care about money outside of paying my bills and having a little extra to have a little fun.
