Hes lying pretty much upside down, not able to get up, it doesnt seem like he could eat or chew if he wanted to. Im afraid that trying to force water down his throat would make it worse

I would say just keep the cat safe and comfortable, but the vet is where you should be going

My late cat got to the point where it wouldn't eat or drink and I basically just put food in her mouth. She just threw it up an hour later. So I wouldn't force food in your cat >_>

Just to update, hes gone.

I did know going to the vet was the best idea, but since its the weekend and Im not familiar with the area, I really had no idea where I would be going or directing people to go. Ive been told Uber isnt much of a thing around here as well. So all I could do was text the people I knew to come back to the house and help.

Thanks everyone who responded, I was trying to see if there was something I could do to maybe stabilize him before I could manage to get to a vet, but I knew it was pretty unlikely when he couldnt drink or eat.

my old cat had the same sort of thing happen, he got bone cancer around his mouth and stopped eating and drinking and the vet said there was nothing to do but put him to sleep basically

My cats not eating or drinking either, we sent him to get a feeding tube. This whole ordeal is stupid expensive

lost my cat myself years ago: had to let her sleep forever due to abdominal cancer (tumor).
