No i feel bad for myself when i have to wait for my barber to cut some dipshits hair when he doesnt have any!! Im not gonna fault the barber for going along with the facade cause hes gotta make a buck, but holy damn you dont have any hair bruh.

yes. ive lost some hair over the years used to be very thick now it looks about average for my age. started taking finasteride just in case despite not knowing anyone in my family being bald. heck my grandpa on mother's side has a full set of black hair at around 75 years old (his wife [my grandma] is all gray tho).

yeah. i bet an infinitesimal amount of people would prefer being bald over having a healthy head of hair and a hair line.

I am still made my mom for complaining when I was growing out my hair to locs . She was like if you don't get a hair cut I will stop helping you with college. And then after college went into law enforcement and couldn't have them. Then went into the professional world. And that I am at a place where I can have them again I am losing my hair. I am going to call her up now and complain about that.

Nah hair is just work. Bald people save a ton on barbers and shampoo.

i first noticed miniaturization going on in my hairline when i was 18, and as it progressed for close to another 18 years, i somehow convinced myself it was settling every step of the way. four months into consistently using fin, i only wish i'd started sooner

Yeah, it definitely sucks. I've been lucky, going a bit gray at 40, but no signs of hair loss yet. My granddad passed at age 88 and he didn't have a receeding hairline or anything.

thanks and you too man! I started taking it almost a year ago now and the shedding has virtually stopped (with exception to normal shedding amount [like 100 strands or so a day iirc]). pretty amazing stuff. In retrospect, I should have taken it about 3-4 years ago when I first noticed my drain getting clogged but always chalked it up to just "seasonal shedding" lol.

I have great hair

i can remember the day I realized I had a combover and just shaved my head as a response. Been shaved ever since. I was in my mid 30s.

I missed my hair for a while, but it didnt take long to get used to it or to begin appreciating the no effort lifestyle. What took longer to get used to were my rock star fantasies going from long hair to bald. Never loved the bald look.

I would feel bad for them anyway, but after having a hair scare that turned out to be some medicine I was taking making it fall out, I have even more sympathy for them.

I had severe hairloss at age 22 and it sucks.
Mine was so bad that treatment (minoxidil and finasteride) didnt do shit.
26 now and while I still havent lost it all completely, it's severe and I'm forced to shave it otherwise i look like 46 years old.
It sucks. And you can'tdo anything unless you spend thousands on hair transplants which might now even work.
But the good thing is I have a good shaped head and good built body for being bald.
Most bald guys seem to have a perfect shaped head. Anyone noticed that?

Balding as in trying to cover it up as much as they can? Yea.

Completely bald? No, they have more guts than me.

Yes, but my personal experience with it has intensified my sympathy for them. I got lucky and was able to save it with finasteride before it got bad. Its even gotten a bit better since then.

If you start treatment early you wont need to go down the hair transplant path.

literally being bald by shaving your head is 1000x better than having hair.

im not even kidding, hair is a pain in the ass. totally shaved head is awesome.

I have thick hair that never thinned and, of course, will never thin, now.

But I have a few friends who have lost quite a bit. Just, look: if your hair is thin garbage you can see skin through, just pack it in. Shave it off and own it! Itll look better. Especially if youre in shape.

I hated balding, but a monthly trip to the barber isn't that bad.
It feels great have your head shaved. It is almost like your having your sinuses cleared.
