Disney World is bigger and has more to do. But I live in Los Angeles, so I've been to Disneyland a lot more than World.

And yes, I'd rather go to Six Flags Magic Mountain or Knott's Berry Farm (owned by Cedar Fair) over Disneyland. Not that Disneyland is bad, they just don't have many coasters.

I haven't been to any of them since I was a little kid.

To put a date on my last Disney world trip, my clearest memory is of Mr Toads Wild Ride, roughly a decade before it closed lol

Ive only been to World. I live on the east coast and can get a cheapish direct flight to Orlando.

I would not like cedar point or six flags over Disney. I have motion sickness and Disney has non thrill rides so theres a lot more for me to do. My kids so far are not thrill ride fans either.

1000% fair. You want rides that thrill you, not make you queasy. Nothing wrong with that.

Opposite to what i've heard, at least when comparing DL to Magic Kingdom

I'd go to World over Land even though I live about 30 minutes from Land. Been to Cedar Point, but I can't really do rides due to a heart problem, so it's not really my thing.

This. I used to live inn SoCal and agree with the differences between the parks. I ESPECIALLY miss when they'd transform into Knott's Scary Farm during October. That used to be the dope af!!

No, never been to Ohio. I definitely plan on making a trip out there at some point, just for Cedar Point. They've got a ton of awesome looking coasters.

And Knott's started out as the Knott family just selling berry's from their farm (hence Knott's Berry Farm). And long story short, they ended up turning their farm into a theme park. Cedar Fair bought it in 1997 and they've added much bigger coasters since taking over. It's one of the biggest theme parks in Southern California now. Worth checking out if you're ever in SoCal.

It even has a smaller version of top thrill dragster

Land is smaller and people tell me the rides are more tame, so no real reason for me to go out of my way to check it out.

Went to World for the first time in November.

Land is better. Better Magic Kingdom, and I'll take California Adventures over the other parks in world pretty easily.

X-2 so far is still my favorite, but I haven't had the chance to ride Twisted Colossus yet. That one looks pretty great.

Honestly, it's terrifying. It's like the slowest climb ever and when Superman launches, you can feel the tower swaying. The drop isn't bad though.

Vote for Disneyland then. Mr Toads Wild Ride is a favorite there.

do you like the coaster, full throttle also? have seen vids of that one too
I feel like maybe you quoted me in the wrong topic, so I'll respond here lol.

Yeah, Full Throttle is great. A bit unnerving at first because it was my first inverting coaster that only uses a lap bar, no shoulder restraints. The launches are way faster than it looks on video.
