Basic safety retail rules...

* Do not work a store alone.
* After closing do not let employees leave one at a time.
* Vary the times youre walking in before opening and walking out after closing.
* Do not go to the bank the same time everyday.
* Do not attempt to physically stop shoplifters.
* Do not park behind the store.

I mean, all this is basic shit you learn in your first week of retail management. It blows my mind how poorly run some of these smaller businesses are.

When I worked retail my girlfriend worked at the Video Store next door. She was 18 and closing and walking out of the store alone every night. I couldnt believe this stupid video rental place would gamble with their employees safety. I had to set it up where shed call our store and walk out the same time as us.

This should be obvious unless you forgot or didnt know that California has a Dem governor, Dem senators, a majority of Dem reps as well as a Dem mayor, Dem city attorney and Dem sheriff.
