Her pose following a charge attack and stopping after the 4th normal attack are the same. I kind of wish she could flow from a charge attack directly into the 5th normal attack hit. The animation data is already there.

Eula is such a weird character from a mechanics perspective.

C0 to C5: A very good hypercarry at extremely high investment, best used against tanky bosses for bursting them down.

Not a fan of the combat stuff in the event and only got like 9 hours to go, so I'm prolly gonna skip it. I was enjoying everything until that, felt like I was reading a manual to understand how to even do the thing.

R5 Redhorn Stonethresher adds 56% DEF and converts 80% DEF into damage... That sounds utterly busted AF on Noelle.

Yeah, it was the antithesis of fun. I mean, it was my bad for starting as late as I did but I don't remember having too much trouble with other events.

Do you find 2pc PF/2pc Bloodstained to be more consistent? I've been trying to get the 4pc PF set together but I have a pretty good physical cup from another set and trying to get a PF Crit Rate mask with decent substats is really not how I want to spend the next month lol

Meanwhile, I have a Bloodstained phys cup with atk% and 21% CD. I'm sure I can scrounge up an off-set piece with decent CR. :)

This next weapon banner might be the first time I roll on a weapon banner. That new claymore for C6 Noelle, and while I already have Skyward Harp on my Ganyu, another for refine or a different character wouldn't hurt.

It's easier to get, honestly. But the 18% attack bonus isn't exactly a massive increase in damage, especially considering it has to be proced whereas 2pc/2pc is a permanently up passive.

I figured as much, and my time will be better spent trying to pull a Witch CD hat for my Hu Tao so that I can get some use out of this PJWS I pulled a couple of weeks ago. Build is now 2 pc PF/BS with Proto Archaic, 2077 Atk, 49.7/183.2 Cr/Cd. I could get slightly better crits using the Blackcliff I picked up specifically for her (facepalm), but the non-crit damage is more consistent. Also, I don't have to concern myself with kill stacks for an Atk% buff, so I don't need to prioritize smaller enemies as a result.

BP fate roll went unexpectedly well.

C6 Fischl is so good

Fischl C6 makes very many teams possible, she's pretty great.
It's pretty great mixing Oz with Tartaglia or Kokomi.

Hadoken Ring or whatever as her weap seems like a no-brainer. Someone (I think Lumie) said a long ago that she'd be the strongest electro dps but other than that I haven't heard much.

Sweet first ten pulls on the Itto banner!

i got the new geodude but is he better than noelle

only had to use the 80 summons i farmed between albedos banner and now, + pay an extra $300

I've got 50 pulls saved. Only 20 away from weapon pity. If I'm lucky enough to pull the weapon, maybe I can get a couple Gorous.

Not really going for Itto but considering I got 3 Eulas in 30ish pulls... You never know!

Since I had no interest in Itto I decided to just throw my 60 pulls into the Eula weapon banner to power her up a bit. I have Kazuha so his weapon wouldnt be bad either.

KQM is usually pretty good at figuring out how dependent they really are on constellations so I'll have to wait for that analysis.

I'm not going to make any judgments, although I do think it's kind of weird that one of the key DPS constellations for him is his c6, which does more or less the same thing as Hu Tao's C1. I suspect if MiHoYo could redo characters, Hu Tao's C1 would be moved to C6.

Shenhe is redundant in an element that is overpowered as fuck right now. Probably gonna pull anyway because of Yunjin.

By the way, I went back and looked at how I did with Eula's original banner, and by my calculations I went from c0 to C6 in 240 pulls. Holy monkey butt.

It is, it's what mine's using (not that I have any of her even better weapons, anyway). Amos' Bow is her best, then Thundering Pulse, Polar Star, and Skyward Harp are all next best, their order depending on Melt vs Freeze, Artifact stats, etc.

Yeah I'm not gonna roll specifically for Amos since it can be a random drop anyway.

In other news, Mitternachts Waltz and Alley Flash are both on this next weapon banner. I've really wanted to try R5 Mitternachts on C6 Fischl. R5 Alley Hunter is (by a surprisingly large margin) her best Sub DPS weapon. I know some people prefer Alley Flash over Skyward Blade on Bennett, though I think I'd prefer the ER on SB.

BTW is it just me or is this weapon potential OP as shit on some characters:

Damn I didn't get any Gorou, but then again I only had like 20 pulls left after getting the weapon.

Which is a shame because Noelle + Gorou would be really something. She's already at least a tier ahead of my Diluc and Klee.

I'm trying to decide if I want to do 2x Geo or 3x Geo. And if I do 2x Geo do I double up on pyro resonance or go for something else like XQ + Rosaria

Probably just gonna do 3x Geo though.

Itto, Gorou, and Zhongli. The 4th person probably Raiden for the crystallize reactions.

So after extensive testing, I would argue that C6 Noelle + Stonethresher is at least mid-high S-Tier as a Main DPS with the right team support. But of course the extreme amount of investment required (C6, a 5-star weapon, one or two other Geo supports) probably isn't worth it for most people.

I would put her above pretty much everyone except Xiao with constellations, Ganyu, C1+ Eula and (depending on the team comp) maybe high-invest Tartaglia and Hu Tao.

I want Gorou for collection but I cant risk getting Itto when mommy Shenhe is right around the corner.

Wish I could pull for Itto, but he pretty much needs his weapon or I'm stuck with WGS

Half these in a 10 pull were 4 star, none the dog boy.
