I just wonder if after she boosts normals, and they get infused with an element, does that now elemental damage get boosted by goblet element damage? For instance, my experience with C6 Tartaglia is that he can easily out DPS most of the characters that are ranked higher than him on tier lists. In other news, I don't know how people are getting 8,000 points on this last battle. There's just too much damage that needs to be done, especially since it regenerates health. I only score in the low 3k range on this event and am almost always significantly behind "max" point totals. C2 Raiden at the top of Main DPS - I don't think so. Also C2 Mona is an OK Main DPS. Better than Xinyan at least. But even then, it's inconsistent. And Electro just isn't great. Maybe he's considering her a main DPS when you run her with Eula, since they basically swap back and forth as main DPS in that composition? I honestly think I could get more damage out of Diluc and Klee with optimal rotations. As for Mona - she's actually a really interesting Main DPS. She can do some really cool taser compositions, especially because her E will proc Raiden and Albedo skills. Her ultimate charges very quickly if you have enough ER because she can battery herself, and it does a bajillion damage. So yeah, and a reaction comp she's actually pretty okay. But if we're talking about a hydro main DPS, Tartaglia is clearly several tiers above her. Tartaglia is, albeit situationally, the highest DPS in the entire game. It's just a shame that it requires so much investment to get it just right.
