Eula when

I'm burned out on Genshin and stopped playing. It's just one event after another, and no more good story lines.

Albedo is currently the only character I'm missing (not counting the new characters announced)

If you aren't going for C2, Eula is a skip. She's trash at C0.

Eula is arguably the most meta-specific character they've ever made. She's really only good for fighting chonky bosses and very tanky enemies like the samurai in the Abyss. But in that one capacity, she's basically unrivalled. She can burst down the Super Array better than anyone.

Albedo and Eula really couldn't be any more different.

Eula - Extremely hypercarry gear-dependent selfish main DPS.
Albedo - Can put literal trash on him and he's still amazing, but almost never on the field and mostly just adds damage and buffs party.

No it's probably more like La Signora. Her pyro powers are actually innate and literally burning her to death. Tsaritsa gave her a cryo delusion to suppress the pyro power. She actually has no vision.

Albedo has probably been using alchemy to suppress his own innate powers instead. The vision essentially didn't help which is why he doesn't really care about it.

So, his geo powers are... crushing him to death? Or is he using a geo delusion to suppress his cryo abilities? Granted, we're dealing with an homunculus instead of a "human" here, normal rules may not apply anyway.

No his geo powers aren't doing anything to him. It's whatever built up Durin-related corruption he's got going on that's doing this.

That's my hypothesis anyway. I don't know if that's actually true or not. I always believed the implication was he was created from Durin's bones.

Yo

Eula's C1, Broken Pines and her Pale Flame set basically need her C2 in order to work correctly. Yes, you can still pull it off without her constellations, but she becomes much more dependent on perfect timing.

I dunno. I have her c0 with both 2pc phys sets and she's constantly critting for upwards of 13000+ almost every hit. Not sure why you'd think she's useless unless you had c2

Which weapon are you using? I may pull for her and will have to rely on either crafting or grabbing the Blackcliff from the shop this month. I should be able to set her up with decent artifacts that I'll be swiping from my Xinyan and Rosaria.

I have an R3 Skyward pride on her. She does have good artifacts though. Mostly crit rate since i pair her with Rosie (who's no slouch herself... she is usually doing 4000 crits on the reg).

Fish is actually a pretty good free weapon if you have it

The Inazuman craftable and blackcliff are both good alternatives. The former outperforms the Tuna at high refinements.

Then use Snow Tombed Star Silver and bring an attack buffer. Raiden Shogun is the best one (30% atk buff to party after her burst expires plus superconduct super-synergy)

So is there still nothing better than Alley Hunter for Sub DPS Fischl? Because I'd sure like to use it on Gorou but I only have one and there's like zero chance I'll get another R5 AH

Gorou has a major particle deficiency you're gonna want to use Favonius on him.

Yeah that's where I get most of my recommendations.

And yeah you'll want a shielder, Diona or Zhong are the best.

I only recommend star silver because it's actually free don't have to use a billet or glitter.

Fair. I'm only thinking about the Blackcliff because I have around 150+ glitter and I don't use it for anything but Blackcliff weapons.

Eula is hard to use with Bennett due to timing her procs with his buff. She can't switch out for some of her stacks.

Not impossible, mind you, but you'll have to practice rotations perfectly.
