Like songs about how cheating on the love of their life and regretting it or just not spending the proper time on them. It comes off as more character when the person isn't just pushing off blame. There's nothing positive to take out of songs where they're just having an emotional outburst. But I guess that's just Soul over Pop. Fast forward to present day, I'm re-making that song and using it an indie game I'm composing for.
