I had fun with those games back during the days and even replayed Vice City and San Andreas multiple times but I'm not sure I ever wanna play them again.

I replayed all three only two years ago they're really not that long

It's really not about the length and more about the quality. Vice City and San Andreas haven't aged that well (but still much better than GTAIV) and GTAIII even less so.

I can replay something like the entire SoulsBorne franchise, Xenoblade Chronicles and the Mass Effect trilogy on a yearly basis and never get sick despite those being nearly 100 hour commitments each.

I think they had the same songs when they released the HD versions a while back, don't see why they wouldn't now.

I want to complain about $60 but I bought Super Mario 3D All-Stars for the same price and they were literal ports..at least here they put some efforts into remastering them

I'm still so angry that we haven't gotten Galaxy 2 in that collection. Such a low blow to the fans from Nintendo.

I would have much preferred a Galaxy 1+2 remaster than what we got. Sunshine is still the worst 3D Mario game and the 64 remaster had like literal 0 effort put into it.

I hope they've reworked some of those missions. There's stuff we tolerated back in the day (even if we complained loudly, there's no question that the games sold well) that just won't fly with any of the younger set who might want to try these games.

I'm sure the Supply Lines mission from San Andreas will be fixed to cater to gamers of today otherwise I can only imagine the outrage.

The guy at 0:39 looks drastically worse in the remastered version

I think the cartoony-ness is fine. It matches the comic-book style of the artwork the games had, and if this is just kind of a "polished up" version of the games, rather than a total remake, I don't think realistic graphics would have looked that well.

And honestly the older GTAs were pretty wacky and cartoony. They were a different style of games compared to the HD universe.

Yeah, I agree with this completely. It fits the more wacky nature.

I feel like every 3D game that gets a remaster has some comprasion nitpicking. Sure there might be some things that might look worse, but if the general end results looks better to play, who cares about Tommy's fingernails?

It was already fixed in post-hot coffee releases.
