In a perfect world where we can maintain the necessary productivity what are your ideal working hours?
To me, I would say 10-4 Monday-Friday. Cut the work week to 30 hours instead of 40. I feel like most workers spend 25% or time messing around anyway. Closing shifts, as long as they don't go too far into the night.
I borderline hate my job during the day, but I borderline love it from about 5:30-6-ish onward. I'm an early bird so like a 5am-2pm would be ideal. I also like having weekdays off to go to things when less people are out.
