... to refer to boobs. They basically said that anyone calling boobs "boobies" would be extremely off-putting, more so than any other boob synonym. They decided that the most acceptable way to refer to boobs, in order are:

Boobs
Tits, so long as it isn't used in an objectifying way
Breast, but it will probably sound weirdly clinical in a casual or romantic setting

And that basically any other synonym for boobs should probably be avoided, with "boobies" being the worst.

Which lead me to only one conclusion, these women had clearly never heard the term "mommy milkers". When I inquired about that term, at least two of the women physically recoiled in disgust. And everyone unanimously agreed that "mommy milkers" was very easily the worst way anyone could refer to boobs and that they would cease contact with anyone who used the term.

tl;dr - Don't call boobs "boobies" and REALLY don't call them "mommy milkers".

I tend to go with "boobs" whenever I'm talking about them in a mixed audience.

But definitely go with "tits" when I'm in the bedroom.

Tits just sounds sexier to me.

That actually came up. Since we were asked to determine if there were any particularly off-putting penis synonyms/nicknames that would raise red flags. And really the only one we determined would be weird was weiner and weeny, mostly because it would make us second guess the maturity of the person using the term. But that otherwise none would phase us.

But they basically said they all refer to penises as "penises" or "dicks" exclusively.

It is entirely based on objectification and how that objectification has historically and still continues to impact their social and professional lives in a way men frankly don't deal with (or at least nowhere to the same degree) that gives more weight to how a man refers to their body. Combined with the fact that there is just an inherently higher threat of violence that women face from men, which causes them to be more cautious for signs of immaturity or unhealthy views about women.

If a women calls my dick a weeny or something, I might think she has some immature or even unhealthy views about men, but at no point am I worried that those views could turn into a tangible threat of violence against me. If a woman has a man call boobs "mommy milkers" she has to seriously evaluate if this individuals apparently strange view of women won't put her in a situation where she is possibly sexually assaulted.

Boobies just seems like a more silly way to refer to them I guess. Never really seems overly sexual.

Yes, they don't like hearing it and find it difficult to say whereas without batting an eye a man will refer to his dick or his rod or his...Johnson.
