He's the worst offender(I hope) but there are a ton of cases of girls coming forward about inappropriate sexual behaviour from coaches/staff. Most of which nothing has been done about. I swear I'm not arguing just to argue but the dude is in jail. Did the new committee fix the errors of the old one? If so than what really more can be done? Example: Was there a policy that male doctors could be alone with female athletes that led to a climate like the one that was going on? If yes, has it been fixed? If so then what more needs done? Like even if they were able to identify and punish every single person involved, there is just so much taint around the culture and the name and the history that it just needed to be burnt down. Mental health amongst athletes has always been under addressed so Biles story has helped bring it to the forefront.
