They are serviceable to feed to kids during a big family BBQ, but we usually get the all beef angus ones for the adults. Otherwise, if it's just for our household i'll spend the extra on Nathans or Ball Park beef. I don't even want to know what a $1 pack of hot dogs consists of.

I don't like Ball park. But most of the normal store brand going in that good area. We start moving past that with the Hebrew National and then those Beef Hot dogs from the those charts with the Blue and Yellow signage.

Fridge had these almost all the time in the early 2000's because it was my uncle's go-to. I was easily sick of them and he eventually got a heart attack ~15 years later.

Something about Bar S took the fun out of hot dog sandwiches. Can't put my tongue on it, but I surely enjoy Ball Park more.
