Thats great. I started at like 167 on Sunday and I was at 161 before i.just ate. I'm trying to be 145 or less.

I used to do IF pretty regularly. I never had much trouble with feeling weird due to lack of food though. I think thats mostly a mental thing. Hang in there TC. Its not so bad after a while. Most hunger passes after a little while.

I do 4:3 IF diet. Today is a fasting day. Your tiredness is likely related to low blood sugar. On fasting days I'm allowed up to 500 calories. I spend it exclusively on things that are like basically all sugar such as chocolate covered almonds or strawberries.

I've completely stopped eating or drinking anything with sugar pretty much. I even been having black coffee with no cream. So maybe that's why? I hope this passes.

I've been doing intermittent fasting since mid March. I eat between 1 and 8pm. I started out at 212, and was 174 the last time i weighed myself about a month ago.

I'm on a cut right now. Last 2 days have been pretty bad in regards to junk food. Trying to get to 160. I'm around 166 right now.

Was 194lbs two months ago, at 174lbs now.

Try to keep below 1600kcal a day but usually go over.

Id like to be around 150lbs before I start bulking again.

Have you tried IF? I hear calorie restriction can hurt metabolism more than IF.

I dont really eat anything until dinner so Im probably doing this in some form
