i am trying to figure out the most cost effective way to park in an area of the city on a routine basis that has no real cheap options. Garages are mega money, street parking is mega money in meters for multiple hours...neighborhoods need a permit to park on their streets. I can't think of anywhere to actually park, one of these spots might be my cheapest option.

well, downtown condos come with 1-2 parking spaces, but downtown dwellers often own 0-1 cars.

Yeah its pretty normal. I mean in central London some developers sell parking spaces separately for like 20k-40k. no surprise some people end up selling them on or renting them out as well
