Has a business ever treated you like s*** before that made you hate them and never return?

according to statistics, 76% of people say they have been treated like garbage at some point in their life by at least 1 business.

some common complaints are accused of stealing, wouldn't offer a refund, wouldn't return a wrong order or bad customer service..

so what business gave you the run around and treated you like a sub-human?

Netgear customer support, many people in customer support and eventually I got fed up and yelled for them to admit it. Admit they have no clue and are guessing and the product doens't work. And the one guy finally did admit it. And I got a mail some time later informing me that a class action lawsuit was being put together against them.

I think its a common experience unfortunately. Which is insane considering how much they charge for their services.

almost voted no, but forgot about one case with an independent computer store. it made no sense and the guy didn't know what he was talking about, but something along the lines of: he said everything was on warranty, but then when I said I would install the O/S myself he said "sure, but you're on your own", which he didn't make clear meant there was now zero warranty for some reason. then the mobo he sold me died almost immediately and he charged me parts/labour to fix it (this is like 1 day after I bought it). when I got upset about it he handled it extremely poorly and argued in a very bitter way about it with me, (using bone-headed logic like "you might have installed something which destroyed the motherboard!") which I was learning while going through this is why a better company doesn't do that kind of thing. you don't argue bitterly with your customers over the phone or in the store, that just looks terrible and won't ever get resolved. I had to be the bigger person, pay the stupid charge, and never come back.

The emergency room at the hospital

This, good God.

I had chest pain last September a few weeks after having a vascular based surgery. They did an ECG which came back clear and then gave me some Pepto to rule out simple heart burn, which did nothing.

Then I waited for TEN HOURS on a gurney for a CT scan, before I just straight up got up and left. It was now 2am and I had work the next day at 8:30am. I don't know what the fuck they were doing.

I ended up getting a CT scan a few days later by appointment. Such a waste of time.

Senju Asian Massage

Felt great having a cutie rub me down, but I paid for an hour with a top upfront and only got a constantly interrupted 45 minutes

I would've complained but I could barely understand her soft voice
