Bush fucks things up, Clinton fixes them, Bush fucks them up again, Obama fixes them, Trump fucks them up, Biden fixes them, etc. Repubs fuck things up and then democrats have to fix them and get all sorts of heat for not fixing them fast and pretty enough and they lose the next election.
