Im becoming more sensitive to milk too. I used to be able to drink it and eat it just fine when I was in my early twenties.

Im in my late twenties now and notice that when I drink milk I get bloated. My stomach starts to ache too.

I mean people know it isn't actually milk right? Milk is produced by a mammal. Just because you can make some liquid from plants doesn't actually make it milk. I'm pretty sure there is ongoing legal action about this as well. Just like Kraft was no longer allowed to call their Kraft singles cheese because it contained no actual cheese. Or ice cream and 'frozen dairy desert' the only difference being about 4% milk content.

You should probably stay on the soy milk. It'll be easier for your stomach and the rest of the family, especially the baby. Dairy is one of the particular foods that can lead towards leaky gut and create a pathway to things like mood disorders or autoimmune conditions. Babies need less protein and more fat/carbs though, so maybe a fattier milk like sweetened cashew or almond would be ideal.

Do you have a high-speed blender? You could try making oat milk. It takes a few tries to get right, but it's much cheaper than store-bought even if you do have access to it.

Yes, I'm sure someone who is against Dairy isn't intentionally looking for studies that confirm his bias.
