While I was growing up my mom had a friend with a comic book room. She showed it to me once and it was wall-to-wall comic boxes. Kid me with the grubby little hands wasn't allowed to go rifling through them or anything, but she let me read a couple.

I dont know what youre talking about. Did you miss the height of Beanie Babies popularity when women in their 60s were fighting each other off for these things? Another good example is American Girl dolls, collected by old Southern White Women everywhere. Or those damn creepy real life looking baby dolls. Or those ridiculous porcelain figurines and dolls.
