It might be a little creepy if someone is significantly older (at 36 I probably wouldn't see a chick under 25 for anything particularly serious).

If you're mid-20s, nothing at all wrong with dating/fucking half a dozen-ish younger, provided they're legal

With a large age gap, the balance of power within the relationship is heavily skewered to the older individual.
It also makes you wonder why the older one doesn't seem to be dating people their own age, typically showing that older people have figured out why they're not dateable and relying on the younger person's lack of experience for red flags.

There's also the general life experience that is out of wack. Someone who is in their late twenties has possibly been out of college for a few years and most likely into their career for a bit. Someone who is barely out of high school doesn't have much to offer, again skewering the power balance and most likely just a physical thing. And really as far as hook ups are concerned it's not that bad, just kind of eyeroll-worthy

Id say there is nothing wrong with a 70 year old sleeping with a 18-19 year old. If they are both willing and aware of the situation there is nothing wrong with people having sex. Society should stop shaming people for things they enjoy that are perfectly legal.
