To my understanding, Biden plays rough with his dogs. They respect him as their master and play rough back. I guess one of the security people thought they could play rough with his dogs too and got bit.

If they had hired me as the dog walker, I would have those puppies being polite to everyone. Um, most of the time that means apologizing after biting. They might still bite. Oh well.
