He plays it all weekend and stays up all night trying to get to the last level. Skeeter comes over and asks to play and Doug says just give me one more game, then you can have it. then he forgets to study for his test on Monday and starts dreaming about the video game? that shit hit me hard as a kid. But yeah, it's kinda funny how stigmatized video games were in the 90s. I remember trying to have a convo about Twisted Metal at school with my buddy once and he actually said "man, don't talk about that so much here, it's not cool" but we all played a shit ton of games.
