You can't show limb removal on TV. Check out the TV cuts of some shows like Terraformars or JoJo (which also awkwardly censored underage smoking). I don't know where you guys are getting this idea that Japanese media isn't censored, but it would be great if I didn't have to import Resident Evil games from the US to play them uncensored, but I do.
