banning Kinder Eggs really just highlights the fact that we're too stupid and/or ravenous to open them first
>_>

Kinder Eggs were banned because of a law that said you can't have inedible things inside of an edible thing from before kinder eggs ever existed. They didn't "ban" the eggs because someone choked on them or anything similar. The law predates them by decades.

Which is still stupid considering how easy it is to buy a gun.

We should allow choking hazards inside food specifically targeted/marketed to young children because firearms are legal?

I mean, that's a pretty shit argument.

Okay I mean I know guns are dangerous but there's lots of other things that can kill you that I can actually find near the kinder eggs like antifreeze, bleach, or medicine.

At least guns aren't things you can ingest.

But those aren't made to eat or drink. The logic is things can kill you so why not add this other thing that can kill you.

There's no way for a kinder egg to maintain structural integrity when shoved up your ass. They are only slightly more firm than gummy bears

One more thing. The easiest way to open those capsules is to squeeze them in the middle so if you're muling drugs in them you're playing a very stupid and dangerous game.

The kinder egg ban has to be relatively recent. I remember as a kid there were wonder balls which were a similar idea. Always wondered why they disappeared. >_>

then they came back and instead of toys its just more candy inside lol

reminds me of that scene from the sopranos when ralph cifaretto's son and his friend were playing with a bow and arrow and got hit in the chest with the arrow.

America has shit tons of very specific car design laws. Some stuff like headlight and tail light restrictions are no longer remotely relevant with improved bulbs and continue to hold back auto design.

I played with lawn darts all the time as a kid, they were definitely lethal projectiles. I could huck one of those suckers most of an acre and they'd stick in trees and fuck up sidewalks. If somebody had walked by it would have been very bad.

He should ban rocks while he's at it. Those are more easily accessible and just as potentially deadly.

Apparently Kinder Eggs are banned there.
Cause they're dangerous.
Actually the law that bans Kinder Eggs predates their invention. Said law bans food from having more than a certain amount of non-food material in it. Which Kinder Eggs obviously exceed. It was originally written because of bakeries putting sawdust in bread and other types of cost cutting use of filler.

How many kids do you think are buying guns in the US? Maybe on the streets of Chicago, but most people are going to at least card a toddler trying to pick out a gun.

Well, yes and no.

It actually did air twice in America, but it was hacked up and censored to bits. Of course, the James with boobs part was among the cuts.

It's never been aired since, and I don't think it's even acknowledged anymore.
