I was among those responsible to keep them safe. It was a scene that had to be seen to be believed. The joy amongst the people could be felt. Sure, they rooted for opposite teams but afterwards? The result was the result - they decided "good game" and "lets get shit cracking tonight". When my shift was over, I partied my ass off.
