And it's asking stuff like what I'd like my rate of pay to be, if I have any special scheduling requests, or "hourly or annual". I've never been asked these sorts of questions when applying somewhere, it's unusual.

If you want any chance at being hired, you better say you have open availability and research the average base pay and use that as youre recommended salary.

Not at any of the places I applied to. Previous places were Osco, Valero, Walmart, Walgreens, and this place is Securitas, so I realize this is the one non-retail position I'm applying to for the first time.

Is this for an armed position or no? Unarmed usually makes $10-12 in my area

Just minimum wage? I was hoping a non-retail position would have a little more than minimum wage, but I guess I'm used to it. And it's probably unarmed.

it might be more, depends where you live. Min wage here is $8.80
