It was this tiny thing, only a little white spot but it hurt like hell so I punctured it and went to town trying to pop it but only a tiny drop of blood mixed stuff came out. Obviously I knew this wasn't the end, so I try to tightened my muscle for all it was worth and attacked once more.... And lord was it good, an unhealthy amount of pus came out in two splats and there was a solid white core for some reason that was the thickness of the head of a pinhead needle and it was a good 3-4 mm long.
