Wisconsin Prosecutors are seeking a new arrest warrent for 18 y/o murderer, Kyle Rittenhouse claiming he broke conditions of his bail by moving houses and lambasting his "carefree attitude" with proud boys at a bar but court documents show that they can't find him claiming his address is FAKE..and now it appears a high ranking Officer told him to PURPOSELY give a fake address for his SAFETY!!

His lawyer, Mark D. Richards say police told him to deliberately list his wrong address to protect him people wanting to hurt him cause of the death threats he's been getting

He provided Law & Crime with court filings which oppose the state's motion to increase the bond amount along with an example of a graphic and sexually explicit death threat sent to him last month

It said he was informed by a high ranking official that he not provide his home address because of numerous death threats against him and his family. His former lawyer stated due to death threats he was concerned for Kyle's safety while out on bond while Captain Bill Beth told them to absolutely not fill out his address.

His defense also claims they wanted to provide an "update" address for the teen but said they wouldn't allow it

A Circuit court clerk mailed out a notice to his home in Illinois on Dec 22 but it was returned unclaimed on January 28. The USPS said it was delivered but returned into the mail stream because the recipient didn't match the one currently living at the address and was unable to forward to another address

They went to the address and a man named Aiden Earl answered who said he resided there since December 14, 2020 on a rental lease and produced bills with his name and address on it and said Rittenhouse no longer lives there.

Rittenhouse failed to provide court of his new address which is a violation of his bond and his bond was increased cause it appears he has "minimal incentive to comply with his bond conditions" and that his dubious 2 million fund was from internet strangers while none of it came from his own family

All things considered, it makes sense NOT to have a publicly available address for somebody people want dead, especially given that he's on trial because he previously fought back against attackers who -- particularly in the case of the guy with the pistol who tried to murder him while he was on the ground and was only stopped because he got shot in the arm -- wanted to kill him.

You can't unlawfully put yourself into the middle of a dangerous situation, then claim self-defense after the danger, that you went seeking for, directs itself towards you.

To hear the defense say it, a high-ranking member of the Kenosha Police Department instructed former Rittenhouse lawyer John Pierce to provide the address of the Rittenhouse Safe House because of the numerous threats made against Kyle and his family.
Pierce also supplied an affidavit making that claim.
While I was completing this form, I was approached by a Kenosha Police Department Captain, who offered his assistance, Pierce continued [emphasis in original]. I asked the Kenosha Police Captain what address to put on the form. The Kenosha Police Captain told me that I absolutely should not provide the address of the physical location of the Rittenhouse Safe House on the form, but to instead provide his home address in Antioch, Illinois.
The Kenosha Police claim that allegation simply isnt true.
A Kenosha Police Captain did have a brief conversation with Mr. Pierce, regarding security concerns raised by Mr. Pierce, surrounding the Kyle Rittenhouse release from custody, Kenosha police said in a press release issued Thursday. The conversation did not include instructions about how to fill out paperwork.
It is the responsibility of the defendant and his/her representation to complete bond paperwork completely and accurately, the department continued. It is the further responsibility of the defendant to comply with conditions of bond.
Documents originally provided to Law&Crime by Richards did not contain the name of the police officer in question but later court documents filed by the defense identified the alleged culprit as one Captain Tim Schaal.
The Kenosha Department took issue with that claim as well.
On November 20, 2020 Tim Schaal was a Lieutenant, the department said. On November 20, 2020 Lieutenant Tim Schaal was on a regularly scheduled day off and had no contact with Mr. Pierce.
