Oh god. I think the best map is still Sapienza. Just a crazy amount of scale with nooks, crannies and shortcuts everywhere. Only downside is the virus mission.

I really need to get into the maps in 2 and 3 more though.

You guys pay attention to maps during missions? And form opinions of them?

I could see this pertaining to something like Call of Duty, but don't you just play through once?

No. Hitman is more about playing the levels again, but in different ways.

You're encouraged to play through multiple times and complete different challenges and assassinate your targets in multiple ways to increase your proficiency on each map. Higher proficiency = cooler perks (new starting locations with disguises, new gear that can help you achieve certain kills, etc.).

Anyway I gotta wait for the game to come out on PC before I can answer this unfortunately.

nah, the Hitman games are like puzzles where multiple pieces can fit together, and a lot of the appeal is revisiting a level, and finding new ways to take out your target(s).
