Me: Why is x good? I hear people talk about it all of the time,
Them: Because it gives you y
Me: But why ix y good? I don't really see the value in it.
Them: Because it's good.

Basically, ask a question, get a generic response, ask for more info and basically get told to go **** yourself.

If I am asking questions and somebody replies more than once or twice with an answer that doesn't answer the question and naturally just leads to more questions, I stop talking.

I really don't feel like engaging in these types of conversations with adults who can't use words either intentionally or not.

It's bad writing.

One time here I talked about how somebody made a threat to me and I took it seriously, and somebody replied with

"thats not a threat"

so naturally I asked why they didn't consider it a threat, and they replied with

"because I am a human being and understand social interaction"

thats the kind of response that doesnt answer the question, and leads to more questions, which I don't really feel like entertaining, because I can already tell the person isn't actually going to explain their position and instead just give non answers that lead to more questions and yadda yadda until, like what was the point. In me for keeping this going but them for not bothering to use words, unless they really just want to be that guy scratching his back on the support beam holding up 3 levels of an airport like in that one Bill Burr skit about useless, in the way people.

I got tilted in PoE because people keep on bringing up how overpowered Harvest is, and I've yet to find anything that I would think is anywhere near overpowered. They said that because it gave the ability to put influence on a piece of gear that was good, and I basically asked why, because I really don't see why that's so overpowered, seeing as influenced gear isn't exactly hard to come by or anything.

The chance of rolling either of those mods is so disgustingly low to start with that it's not with me actually putting effort in to get them.

I think the idea behind harvest is to get them easier or something.
