according to statistics, 60% of people take their showers/baths at the morning when they wake up cause they like to smell fresh out the door...but the other 40% take it at night because they'd rather not smell while asleep and not fight for the bathroom in the morning when there's multiple people they are living with.

So which do you prefer?

I never understood this primitive mindset. You're literally lying on top of your own excreted body cells, sweat, dirt, and other nasty third party anomalies. It's like, why?

one middle and one end. I work out at around noon and rinse off afterwards then another just before bed. sometimes I skip before bed if I'm feeling dried out.

This logic doesn't work.

If you bathe before going to sleep you don't wake up smelling like sweat and armpits either.

If you are, then you either have abnormal health problems, you're sleeping on filth or you aren't actually bathing properly.

Don't need to, they all would fall in one of the 3 categories I said. All of them.

I've taken showers at night/before bed pretty much my entire life (school days through now working).

I think I may have switched to mornings during college but eventually switched back.

The only bad part of it is bedhead in the mornings. I usually like to have my hair short enough that it's not too much work, though.

People do perspire while they sleep, you realize this no? You can wake up dirtier than when you were when you went to bed.

I shower twice a day for that reason exactly. I like to start my day as fresh as possible. And since I work out after the workday, I make sure to get a shower before hitting the rack.

Usually at the beginning, but if I had a rough day with lots of physical activity and I really smell I'll shower again at the end too.

Don't know how people can sleep in their sweat and all the dirt they pick up during the day.

These days it depends on if I'm going out. I've been working from home so usually I shower after work, which is between 12-1pm. If I'm not going out I might not shower until evening.

I'm surprised how close it is. I've always been a night showerer, but thought that the norm was morning showers by a long shot.

I have to do it at night because I loathe mornings in ways I can't describe. On the rare occasion I skip it at night, I typically have to just skip it altogether and double up on the deodorant. I hate skipping a shower like that, but waking up 15 minutes early to do it in the morning, lol no way in hell.
