I've never played any of them but see the bundle of all four games is on sale for $15, I watched the trailer and it actually looks like quite a varied bit of gameplay

What are your thoughts

First one is one of the best Sony games ever made, the rest are edgy for the sake of being edgy and therefore worse products.

Jak 1 2 and 3 are fun. Jak 1 is a lot like Crash and it's the best one. 2 and 3 went in a different direction but I still like them. 2 aged pretty poorly and is kind of difficult but I still find it fun. 3 is like 2 but improved. I never played the spinoffs like Daxter and that PSP one.

First one is amazing and one of the best platformers ever made. 2 and 3 aren't very good, and are just chasing the trend at the time (GTA)
Ratchet and Clank is the more consistent series.

first one was great, second one wasn't. I didn't play any more of them, and had no idea they made four of them.

Naughty Dog tried to make Jak 4 and ended up making The Last of Us.

So good and I'm so disappointed naughty dog has made boring ass games like tlou2 instead of jak 4

I do like edgy games at times, maybe I won't mind two and three

All good games, including the racing game.

I loved the look of the first one and how it was all one giant world with no loading, but as a platformer it was extremely basic compared to the N64 juggernauts.

1st game was a really fun and challenging mascot platformer. Top 3 of the era probably. I really hated the GTA turn that the series took after that. Driving around was the worst in Jak 2 and I was always hoping the next mission would be an actual platforming challenge

The gameplay is great. I just hate the mission format in platformers. Sly 2 did the same thing and it just isn't as good as the first to me

Loved the 1st one, played through it twice.

I didn't like Jak 2. Tried playing it twice. I hated the aesthetic and the driving wasn't fun. I love GTA, but that's not what Jak and Daxter was.

I enjoyed them when we're released but then got them again as a collection for Vita, I found the game mechanics to be dated and some parts unplayable. Terrible camera angles and unclear mission objectives in Jak 2 & 3, I finished the first game though and that was still fun.
