After finishing everything I had 1 background from the shop, and another background I don't know how I unlocked. Could the mechanica background be the reward for the Blink of the Eye difficulty? She's got the worst base attack in the game but unless her HP scaling is 100% or better attack will still be the optimal choice. Lithic Spear and Claymore would be the worst of the two anyway for now. Beidou can use the claymore but that's basically all. Need a lithic Sword for Keqing or a lithic catalyst for NingGuang.
