Processed sweets moderate to high in sugar like candy, cakes, etc. Fruit doesnt count. That topic about dark chocolate had me thinking and I realized I rarely eat sweets for the most part. Usually about once every few months or longer at times. I think I might be the exception here and most people eat sweets regularly. Not that that's any healthier I don't think but if I'm eating junk food I'm going with chips, nuts, crackers, jerky, stuff like that more often than not. And since you mentioned chocolate, I'll say if I do eat sweets it's rarely chocolate because I prefer sour candies and fruity stuff like Starburst and skittles over chocolate.
