Doe 01/13/21 1:37:53 PM #1:	A lot of people were afraid Overwatch would somehow wholly absorb the playerbase of TF2 or it least cripple it. But its presence made TF2 afraid and made the game think it had to change to compete. Gun Mettle ruined the spirit of TF2. Focus changed from silly fun to better balance changes, a terrible competitive mode, an 'esports' server browser that took out the old hand drawn depictions of game modes, changing how official servers ran from being time based to giving either side a best out of three count as if people care about the score and not playing the game. It seemed like they were just set on putting a bunch of trash into the game for the sake of having things for people to buy rather than it improving the actual game itself.
