I feel like we always overreact to the first step taken, which is usually a procedural step to, if nothing else, cover the ass of the agency or department or whatever. We all forget to check up on these situations so unless its another big headline, we always assume that this is the most punishment they'll face even if it isn't true --- The name is wackyteen for a reason.
