If not...this seems like theater....hopefully they can have the $2,000 bill ready to sign first week and other Covid related initiatives, like getting money to state and local governments.

Absolutely not and it's a waste of taxpayer money and time to even attempt it. Work on fixing the fucked up economy.

You'd need 60% of the senate to remove and that's doubtful.

I reckon there is value for this reason. But voters are so brain dead that when it gets voted down in the senate people will criticise the democrats again probably for doing it in the first place

All you need is a majority in the House, which Democrats alone have.

Anyways, you should impeach Trump because
1) there have to be consequences for a president inciting a riot against the legislature
2) see above
3) he's watching OAN all day while 4,000 die from Covid

I've heard 60 percent, 2/3, and now just majority. I'm not sure which one is right but either way I think he should be impeached. I think thr House would save him tho.

Speaking of tax payer money...

Let's talk about the tax payer money siphoned into Trump's own pockets these last four years.

Let's talk about the tax payer money swallowed by his limp dicked rallies in that same time frame.

But more than anything, let's talk about the tax payer money necessary to fix yesterday's debacle that he fucking incited.

So, you just want to sweep this all under the rug, allowing them to do it again since they'll just get away with it again and again until they succeed?

*67%

60 senators is the filibuster-proof threshold for legislation.
