But as far as yesterday's events go it was like: Trump organizes a rally of thousands of Trump supporters in DC. Gives a speech about how Mike Pence and Congress are currently stealing the election and Trump supporters need to fight like hell to stop it. Orders the rally-goers to march toward the Capitol building right now to stop it. Obviously the rally-goers do go to the building as Trump told them to and then storm inside. Capitol police for some reason are completely unprepared. Mike Pence and Congress are evacuated and staffers barricade themselves in offices. Some Trump supporters place pipe bombs around the area and one supporter is shot by police during the break-in. Trump advisors reportedly beg Trump to say something to stop the violence.
